This is a world of FANTASY!!!

I do get harsh criticism from time to time, though, not too often. I want to take this opportunity to argue that having interest in these "out-of-the-norm" materials does not necessarily make you a bad person (I consider myself nice and charitable by the way. I’m sponsoring a kid and refugees through international charity organizations. And I am not super rich). If the liking for these materials defines who you are or how you live your life in real life, then people who enjoy violent movies or video games should be running around and killing people like crazy. And people who happen to enjoy raping scenes in hentai anime (or even people who love sex) are all rapists lurking in the dark waiting to victimize their prey. Obviously this is not the case in real life and this is not how the world works. Otherwise, our society would be in total chaos. People knows what’s right and wrong unless they are really sick and that’s another story. You wouldn't believe how many people have visited my pixiv pages and what kind of keywords they have been using. I know that because I have access to the statistics of my pages! Of course I don't know who they are, I only have the numbers.

I am sure most who enjoy my works are good and decent (or at least average) people. But I cannot rule out any possibility that a real sick person would visit my pages. If, by any chance, that ever happens, I hope he or she could channel his or her drive here and stay behaved.

Last but not least, I would like to criticize certain countries that criminalize these sorts of materials. You know what, those people are just either hypocrites or delusional! They try to protect imaginary characters from being abused? Seriously? If YOU cannot distinguish real life from fantasy, YOU’ve got problem... NOT US!

Some of those hypocrites may argue that these materials would motive some people to abuse in real life that they wouldn't otherwise be doing. But where is the evidence??? If that is the case, the hypocrites should ban all violent movies, TV shows and video games all together! Is murdering people less sinful than abusing people sexually? If abusing imaginary characters is criminal, then why the killing of imaginary characters is not?!

Hypocrites like finger pointing, well, before they are exposed. If you follow the news lately, you would learn that groping happen to be quite common, ranging from presidents to moral leaders. I never intended to do anything like that because that violates another (real) person’s interest. I took moral courses in university and I am fully aware of what moral means (not the ones defined by religions). Ask yourself a question. Guro art (fantasy) vs. groping (real people)? Which is worse? While many people who grope became presidents and social elits, guro/shotacon/lolicon artists or fans who violate no body are being persecuted. If this is not hypocrisy (to say the least), tell me what it is.

Am I a blood thirsty maniac in real life? Actually, it’s quite an opposite. I just cannot stand violence in real life. More so than an average person, I believe. I would switch channel when they show some violence footage on the news. I swear I've never seen any of those brutal beheading videos that used to circulate on Youtube… absolute non… at least till this very moment while I am editing this passage (11/2017). I feel sorry for those victims and I actively avoided those videos. I even dropped “Walking Dead” because I cannot stand those horrific scenes. Why is it seeming so contradicting? I don’t know. It may take a good psychologist to answer the question (I minored in psychology, sort of). The short answer might be: "They are real"! (or look realistic) All I can say is, I, or we look at anime characters differently...duh... So I sincerely believe that most people who enjoy my works are decent people in real life, but not so in the WORLD OF FANTASY :D
