What form of payment do you accept?
I currently accept Paypal.

What will I get from my order?
You'll get the product you purchased and a nice thank-you card with my signature to show its authenticity.

How do you ship your products?
To keep cost low, I send through small packet air mail. I’ll give you a tracking number once it is sent. You may request other shipping methods and that may generate extra cost.

How long does it take to get my orders?
Usually takes one working day. I’ll email the tracking number once the item is shipped.

Do you ship to my country?
I ship to anywhere the postal service can deliver to. If shipping to your destination incurs significant extra cost that the listed price cannot cover, I’ll let you know.

Why you only sell pillow cases (Dakimakura covers) and not the inner pillows?
I’d love to. But shipping cost is too high for that. It is much more cost effective for you to purchase from your local stores or other online stores that can deliver at a lower cost.

Is selling of these products your major source of income?
As an independent and part-time Pixiv artist, if this is my major source of income, I’d be homeless. Of course, I hope one day my products can support my financial needs so I can dedicate all my time in creating free arts like those you find on my Pixiv page now. Unlike Youtube, Pixiv don’t pay me based on views or anything (I indeed generate quite some views for them); I pay them for premium membership instead. So your support is important!
